Accessibility Statement

How OnlineOffice approaches WCAG, keyboard use, contrast, screen readers, responsive layout, and ongoing improvement. Last updated: 12 May 2026.

Compliance target

OnlineOffice targets WCAG 2.2 AA, relevant EN 301 549 parts, and practical European accessibility requirements including the European Accessibility Act. The interface is designed for desktop, mobile, keyboard use, screen readers, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.

New paid modules, workspace tables, mobile-related screens, and document workflows should be checked for keyboard use, readability, focus states, form labels, and narrow-screen layout before production release.

Supported areas

  • semantic HTML, headings, and form labels
  • visible focus and keyboard operation
  • responsive layout without content overlap
  • contrasting buttons, statuses, and badges
  • text alternatives for important visual elements
  • form errors and help text

Known limitations

  • PDF and canvas previews may have screen reader limitations; for important outputs, a text export or file description may also be appropriate
  • generated PDF accessibility also depends on data and documents entered by the user
  • external screens such as Stripe, Google, or Android system dialogs are outside direct OnlineOffice control
  • complex document workflows are continuously tested with keyboard use, mobile viewports, and screen readers

Feedback

Send barriers to gdpr@onlineoffice.sk or podpora@onlineoffice.sk. Include URL, device, browser, assistive technology, and a short description.

Ongoing improvement

  • testing mobile and desktop viewports
  • unifying buttons and tables in the workspace
  • improving PDF previews and alternative text controls
  • reviewing paid modules as part of release QA
