Terms and Conditions
This is a starter version of the terms of use for OnlineOffice. It is intended as a practical foundation for the public website and early operation of the service, and should be legally finalized before full commercial rollout.
1. Service scope
OnlineOffice is an online software service intended to support digital office and organizational workflows. Specific features may evolve, expand, or change over time.
2. Using the service
Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law, good faith, and these terms. Misuse of the service, interference with security, circumvention of technical restrictions, or use that could harm operations or other users is not allowed.
3. Accounts and access
If the service allows registration or sign-in, the user is responsible for reasonably protecting their login credentials and for activity performed through their account. Access may be limited or suspended in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or security incidents.
4. Availability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable efforts toward stable and secure operation, but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, fixes, and feature changes, including temporary outages where necessary.
5. Pricing and billing
If parts of the service are paid, current conditions and pricing will be presented on the pricing page or during the ordering flow. Final billing and company identification details may be added later.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, text, branding, and other parts of the service are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Unless permitted by law or explicitly authorized, protected parts of the service may not be copied, distributed, or reverse-engineered without permission.
